Delivery and return


Order processing and shipment

Orders, made before 11:00 on working days and paid* in full, will be processed and shipped in the same day.

Orders, made after 11:00 on working days and paid* in full, will be processed and shipped not later than next day.

Orders, made on weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped on first working day.

* Order counts as paid in full, if it is paid by Paypal, Cash-on-Delivery option is chosen or payment is made by bank wire transfer and payment confirmation is received.

** Shipment can be delayed if any of the items ordered are unavailable and replacement or refund is being discussed or the item needs to be crafted a new.


Order delivery times

Standard delivery times locally, assuming the order is made on working day before 11:00 and is paid in full (fastest to slowest):

  • Venipak courier/pick-up points: delivery on next working day
  • Omniva courier/parcel machines: delivery in 1-2 working days
  • Registered mail: delivery in 2-3 working days
  • Self pick-up in salons "Mākslas Lāde" and konceptveikals "MA:LA" in Liepaja, during business hours

Delivery times may differ in holiday season.


Delivery costs

Items can be picked-up free of charge in our shops in Liepaja during business hours - Salons "Makslas Lade", Fr.Brivzemnieka street 58 and Conceptstore "MA:LA", Liela street 13 (shopping center "Kurzeme"). Delivery costs are calculated based on total sum of order and are applied automatically upon completion of order.

Local delivery:

  • Omniva courier: 10.00 EUR
  • Omniva parcel machines: 3.00 EUR
  • Registered mail: 3.00 EUR

Delivery in Lithuania and Estonia:

  • Venipak courier: 10.00 EUR
  • Venipak pick-up points: 5.50 EUR
  • Omniva courier: 15.00 EUR
  • Omniva parcel machines: 7.50 EUR
  • Registered mail: 5.50 EUR
  • Orders 100+ EUR (Omniva parcel machines): FREE!
  • Orders 100+ EUR (Registered mail): FREE!

Delivery in rest of the world:

  • Registered mail: 7.50 EUR - 10.00 EUR
  • Orders 100+ EUR (Registered mail): FREE!

Return of the goods

Our company guarantees full refund in case the order is lost in delivery as well as in cases the items received are broken or missing part of the order. Items without wear and tear marks can be returned in 14 days time in which case the item cost will be refunded, however the shipping costs (both delivery and return) will not.
